Wendy's :
Wendy’s Fish Fillet, French Fries and Chicken Nuggets are fried in the same vegetable oil where Ham containing Omelet Bites are also fried. Fish Fillet and French Fries are contaminated with Ham which is a Haraam product for Muslims . (Source: Muslim Consumer Group)

McDonald's Fish Fillet :
McDonald Corporation has changed the coating formula very recently. The new coating includes whey, Turmeric Extract and Natural Flavor. MCG is in the processing of finding the Halal status of those three ingredients. Please avoid eating fish fillet at McDonald until the investigation is complete.
Update: McDonald Corporation 's consumer satisfaction department has refused to provide the information on the Kosher status of Whey and Natural Flavor and absence or presence of alcohol in Natural Flavor to MCG. So the Fish Fillet is now considered as Mushbooh. We request Muslim consumers to write or call McDonald in big number so that they will provide above information. We need your help for this purpose. Following Breads do not contain any Haraam ingredients at Panera Bread restaurants:

All the bagels contain L-cysteine so they are not Halaal.
Panera Bread Company does not use all Kosher certified ingredients, they use some ingredients but kosher certified ingredients are mixed with non Kosher certified ingredients in a product.
Due to above concern and also cross contamination of Halal ingredients based product with Non Halal products on the same equipments and containers. Please avoid eating at Panera Bread café.

Red Lobster Restaurants:
Sam Adam beer battered fish and beer battered fish & chips at Red Lobster restaurants are fried in the same fryer used for other non beer batter fried fish items. MCG is recommending Muslims to avoid consuming all fried items at Red Lobster restaurants. Beer batter at Red Lobster restaurants is made with real beer which is Haraam in Islam. Subway's Vegi Max Patti is not Halal due to the presence of alcohol containing Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (soybean, wheat, water, containing 2% alcohol), Non-Halal Calcium Caseinate and Brewer Yeast Extract (by product of beer making). SUBWAY'S TUNA SUB IS HALAL Subway's Tuna on Italian Bread or on Wheat Bread or on Hearty Italian bread with lite Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onions, Green Peppers, Olives, Cucumber are Halal for Muslim consumers.
